Blue Hope is empowering 1,400 forcibly displaced individuals through autonomous learning by providing the tech infrastructure, data, training content, and operational support.

Training 100 Iraqi women in highly-employable digital skills

Location: Iraq

Blue Hope is upskilling 100 women in Iraq by providing them with the technical training needed to thrive in the tech workforce, as well as the operational support and technical infrastructure ot deliver a seemless experience for the participants.

In this program we provide the tech infrastructure, the operational support, training resources and data insights.

ElevateHER is dedicated to breaking barriers and creating pathways to success in the tech industry. With a focus on essential tech skills like digital marketing, data analysis, and AI, our program also emphasizes the development of soft skills such as communication, leadership, and teamwork. we aim to connect women with meaningful job opportunities and foster a supportive network for ongoing personal and professional growth. 

We are ready to equip women in refugee camps, IDP communities, and recent graduates with the skills, support, and opportunities needed to excel in STEM fields.

Blue Hope runs its own accelerator program supporting forcibly displaced professionals in their journey to resuming their careers in their new host country.

This includes: personal and professional development plan, mentorship program, psychosocial support, career support, training resources, events, community and networking opportunities.
